Internship in a marketing company – how did the two weeks with Jirka and Natalia go?

At TRITON IT, we like to give opportunities to young people who work their way up to senior positions or gain experience through student internships. This tradition was also kept this year, when we welcomed Jirka and Natalia – students of Prague high schools with a business focus – for two weeks.

Fig. 1: Jirka and Natalia immediately settled in our offices and listened to our team’s training for two weeks. They then had the opportunity to develop their own business plan using WebMedea or to try out the work of a PPC specialist.

Why did Jirka and Natálie choose us?

As Jirka and Natalia confirmed to us, business and marketing for them means, among other things, working with data and effective use of artificial intelligence. Thanks to our membership in the Czech Association of Artificial Intelligence and our regular publishing on the topic of using AI not only in the creation of graphics and content, Jirka and Natalia were independently approached by us and we were able to arrange two intensive, yet fun weeks of business and marketing internship.

How does the internship at TRITON IT work?

During their stay in our Zličina offices, interns receive several professional training sessions from our experienced colleagues. They learned how to effectively analyze the online market using the WebMedea tool, which helped them in their independent work on a business plan for their own business. They also learned about creating text and graphic content using artificial intelligence, which allowed them to see how new technologies can make work in different areas more efficient and faster. Jirka and Natalia also had the opportunity to get a sneak peek into our development week and hear interesting insights from business manager Tommy.

In addition to picking up theoretical knowledge in the field of digital marketing, Jirka and Natalia were introduced to PPC campaign management, which they were able to try out practically under the supervision of Serzi Tokar. After clients’ consent, both interns were actively involved in discussions and regular meetings with our clients MISURA and Losky. Their insights and interesting ideas contributed to new perspectives and creative solutions, which was rewarding for both them and our clients.

I enjoyed every “lecture” from both the staff and Michal. I definitely took the most away from Sarge and his work as a PPC-checker. I also enjoyed the “Getting to know the WebMedea tool” topic and the importance of keywords from David.

It was a great two weeks for our team, during which we had the opportunity to work with young and enthusiastic people. Jirka and Natalia showed that they have great potential and that they are able to learn quickly and apply new knowledge in practice. We believe that this experience has been beneficial for them and that it will motivate them to further develop in the field of marketing and technology and our paths may cross again in the future. We look forward to the next edition and the new interns who will bring fresh wind to our projects and teams.
