We passed on our know-how to Libeřský lahůdky in a series of workshops
TRITON IT recently prepared a four-part workshop for our client Libeřské lahůdky, in which we introduced various marketing approaches and tools for effective planning, management and evaluation of sales and HR campaigns. Our goal was not only to show how we use these strategies in practice, but also to help the client better understand how to effectively measure and evaluate them. Below is a brief overview of each session.
1. Workshop
The first session was led by Michal Rost and Sergey Tokar and focused on advanced analysis and evaluation of advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Google Analytics. Participants gained an overview of how to monitor and evaluate campaign performance. They learned how to work with reports and saw how data can be integrated between Google Ads and Google Analytics to simplify analysis and reporting. During the presentation, we presented case studies and illustrative examples. These allowed the participants to gain real insight into the processes that we ourselves at TRITON IT use on a daily basis to optimize campaigns.
2. Workshop
The second session, led by Lucie Sedláčková and Sergey Tokár, focused on social networks and their growing importance. We went through current trends, popular platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X and focused on how their audiences differ. We also looked at creating an effective social media strategy and developing a publishing plan with the client's target audience in mind. The Liberian deli took away practical techniques on how to set goals and how to measure success on each platform. We then concluded with a look at the differences in communication across channels that are key to successful campaigns.
3. Workshop
In the third session, we went even deeper into social content creation. Lucie Sedláčková and Sergej Tokár focused on the key principles of how to create attractive and valuable posts. The Liberian delicatessen took away techniques for creating visual and textual content, with an emphasis on storytelling that strengthens the emotional connection with the audience. The workshop also covered metrics and strategies to effectively evaluate and further optimize campaigns. An important topic was identifying and analyzing target audiences, which is a crucial step to ensure that campaigns actually reach the right customers.
4. Workshop
The last session was dedicated to the basics of Google Ads, Google Analytics and SEO. Sergej Tokár, David Trojan and Michal Rost introduced the participants to the different types of PPC campaigns, from setting them up to an overview of the main metrics that need to be tracked and for which you need to set up on-site measurement. Using examples, we showed how to set up Google Analytics, how to interpret its data and how to use this information for effective decision making. Practical examples and case studies gave insight into the processes and methods that have worked well for us in our work with our clients.
We described the basic on page and off page SEO factors that affect a website's final position in search results. We pointed out common mistakes that (not only) copywriters often commit and introduced the basic rules that are important for proper data-driven content creation. This information became the basis for a complete overhaul of the existing content on our client's website.
Our workshops for Liberian Delicatessen were not only beneficial in terms of gaining new knowledge, but also strengthened the mutual cooperation. Clients became familiar with our practices through these workshops, which brings a win-win environment for further cooperation. With a focus on data, analytics and understanding their target audiences, we help them create powerful campaigns that have measurable impact.
